What I Do
I help organizations shape what’s next—through immersive storytelling, strategic prototyping, and experience systems built for real-world complexity.
My work spans AI simulations, interactive environments, defense R&D, and narrative media. But the common thread is always the same: I translate ambiguity into structure, and structure into experiences that resonate—internally and externally.
Sometimes I embed as a solo contributor. Other times, I assemble and lead cross-functional teams to bring vision into form. My approach is systems-driven, story-led, and emotionally attuned—because the best solutions don’t just function; they persuade, align, and endure.
While I thrive in the early phases—where insight and architecture take shape—I stay engaged through iterative development and user testing, refining each layer until the work delivers impact with clarity and conviction.

How I Work
My process is lean, immersive, and built for early-stage momentum. I don’t lead with decks—I lead with framing, structured inquiry, and lightweight testing. I move quickly from narrative logic to early prototypes, building just enough to see what’s working—and where it needs to evolve—before decisions become costly.
My discovery process is grounded in real-world observation. I’ve sat behind two-way mirrors watching users struggle with interfaces. I’ve dropped into military flight simulators, shadowed missile silo operators, and mimicked the micro-gestures of expert pilots. I’ve conducted candid interviews behind closed doors, prototyped with aerospace engineers, and tested live with users in the room.
I work best with teams who need clarity, momentum, and insight—before they commit to a rigid roadmap. Together, we define the structure early—while it’s still flexible enough to get right.
Iteration & Refinement
I work closely with design, engineering, and product teams to evolve ideas through iteration. Whether the project is Agile, hybrid, or informal, I believe in building just enough to test, learn, and improve—without getting locked into brittle assumptions too early.
My goal is always the same: translate creative intent into functional reality, then refine it through user feedback, technical constraints, and narrative cohesion. I’m comfortable working in cycles—mapping insights to features, testing hypotheses, and shaping experiences that get sharper with each pass.
