How I Work

My process is lean, immersive, and built for early-stage velocity. I don’t lead with decks—I lead with framing, testing, and structured conversation. I move quickly from narrative logic to prototyping, building just enough to see what’s working—and what isn’t—before anyone gets too attached.

My discovery process isn’t theoretical. I’ve sat behind two-way mirrors watching users struggle with interfaces. I’ve dropped into military flight simulators, shadowed missile silo operators, and learned by mimicking the micro-gestures of expert pilots. I’ve run candid interviews behind closed doors, collaborated on creative games with aerospace engineers, and tested prototypes live with users in the room.

I work best with teams who need clarity and traction—before they commit to a brittle roadmap. We figure out the shape together, fast enough to change it.
